We are looking to recruit a Senior HSSE Offshore & Marshalling Yard Expert to coordinate and support the implementation of Health & Safety, Security and Environmental Integrated Management System (HSSE-IMS), and related direction, coordination, technical advice and support for all offshore and Marshalling Yard activities, including pipe-laying activities, support vessels, offshore transfer, and all other offshore related SSTTBV business activities and personnel.
You will be based in Amsterdam, Netherlands during your employment there will be 20% short-term travel, primarily between Netherlands, Russia, Bulgaria and Turkey.

Community Liaison Officer (CLO) Turkey 28-11-2016

For this prestigious project we are recruiting for a Community Liaison Officer (CLO) Turkey. You will directly support SSTTBV’s Stakeholder Engagement and Communications Teams, as the first point of contact and day-to-day interface between the SSTTBV and local communities and stakeholders in Kiyikoy.
The CLO will facilitate SSTTBV’s ongoing relationships with local communities and stakeholders by:
• Receiving and distributing messages and information;
• Providing a forum for grievances to be lodged and managed;
• Providing clear and simple answers to key issues faced by local stakeholders;
• Presenting consistent information to local stakeholders;
• Collecting and responding to issues raised;
• Distributing written material to local stakeholders and explaining its content;
• Meeting stakeholder representatives to ensure information shared is correct.
CLOs are expected to possess experience in consultation, field facilitation, and social data collection.
Initially you will be based in Istanbul. However, this role may require future relocation to an area near Kiyikoy. Internal travel within Turkey and travel to the Netherlands required.

Lead Electrical, Instruments and Automation Engineer 23-11-2016

For this prestigious project we are recruiting for a Lead Electrical, Instruments and Automation Engineer who will ensure operability and uninterrupted operation of the instrumentation, automation, metering, communication and telecommunication equipment, cathode protection systems, fire alarm and automated firefighting systems and equipment, security systems and video-surveillance equipment, heat, power and electrical equipment (hereinafter, the equipment and systems) at the landfall facilities on the Russian side of the Company’s offshore pipeline (hereinafter: LFR).
He/she will supervise the pre-commissioning works at the LFR and acceptance of the equipment and systems upon their completion. During the operational phase he/she will supervise the commissioning of the equipment and systems at the LFR. Furthermore he/she will assist the supervisory authorities’ committees during the inspections of the relevant operation activities of the Company and Russian Branch. He/she will be based in Anapa, Russian Federation and liaise with the Commissioning department that is located in Amsterdam office, headquarters. He/she will administratively report to the Head of Branch and functionally report to the Head of Commissioning who is based in Amsterdam.

You will act as the right hand of the Head of Communications of South Steam Transport, to oversee and manage all communications activities for the TurkStream Offshore Pipeline and help coordinate communications for the entire TurkStream Project.

SQL Developer / Component Tracking System Developer 23-11-2016

For this prestigious project we are looking for a Component Tracking System (SQL) Developer. You will provide assistance to the Component Tracking Expert  with the implementation of the Component Tracking System and its procedures within the SSTTBV organisation and the Component Suppliers and Lay Contractors. You will assist and monitor the daily transfer of data from contractors to the South Stream Component Tracking System. You will develop SQL queries raised by SSTTBV colleagues to provide information relating to the South Stream project and provide assistance to other internal Company Departments for production and review of related Procedures. Furthermore you will review of Contractor Quality procedures and documentation for compliance with Company CTS, QMS and International Quality Standards. You will provide feedback and advice to CTS Officer on Component Tracking issues and support effort to resolve them and provide feedback on Component Tracking & Quality related issues.
